This AOD ACS is for podcast processing. With it, you can transform your raw audio and metadata into professional audio-on-demand content — including uploading to the CDN. This makes it a unique product as it gives you full control over your audio-on-demand workflow. Audio can be processed for output in various formats (HLS, CMAF and DASH) and uploaded with all conventional transport protocols.
The ACS SLIM SILENT supports up to 20 simultaneous connections and comes in the classic form factor 19", 1 U - perfect for installation in the rack. It is absolutely silent in operation, thanks to passive heat pipe cooling. It supports input/output via AES67 as standard or Ravenna. Additional audio interfaces can be installed as a PCI Express card or connected via USB. Other extensions via USB are also possible, for example by connecting additional memory.
SLIM SILENT
The SLIM SILENT is the silent option for 19” 1U among the audio codec servers. Thanks to the state-of-the-art heat pipe cooling, this hardware does not produce any noise at all. This makes it the perfect choice for studios and similar environments. The SILENT allows up to 50 mono, stereo or multi-channel programs. Like the other slim variants, it can be equipped with an expansion card for I/O from DAB, AES, MADI or transport from ASI. Other I/O are supported via third-party USB audio interfaces.
